If any issues such as upper tearing or sole damage occur within the warranty period, customers can return the product to our factory and choose one of the following options:
Receive a new pair of shoes as a replacement for the damaged product
Receive a full refund upon confirmation of a technical defect
This warranty covers shoes that are used under normal conditions. Our after-sales service team at DaneshGam will review the returned product and respond to your request as quickly as possible.
What does our warranty service include?
Upper tear warranty
Tears in stitching or upper material are covered by the warranty.
Sole breakage or damage
If the sole breaks under normal usage conditions, it is covered by the warranty.
Replacement or refund
Customer's choice: new shoes or full refund.

If the shoes you purchased from DaneshGam experience an issue such as tearing, sole breakage, or any other technical defect within the 6-month warranty period, please fill out the form below carefully.
Our specialists will review the submitted information and images and contact you as soon as possible.
If the defect is confirmed, you will have the option to choose between receiving a new pair of shoes or a full refund.
